The IQAC coordinates various programs for faculty, administrative staff, and quality circle members, such as open forums for student and staff interaction, staff assessments to obtain useful feedback for maintaining and improving quality in teaching, learning, and research. The IQAC documents and reports on the college's numerous activities for various higher education requirements, and it also ensures that the college's infrastructure resources are adequate and appropriate for providing a conducive and enabling environment for teaching, learning, and research.

Using these measures, the IQAC has become a significant element of the college, responsible for ensuring and maintaining quality across all aspects of the institution.

The Sree Narayana college Kannur’s IQAC endeavors to improve and uphold the quality of education by identifying and recommending more effective ways of using teaching aids, enhancing infrastructure, and proposing new self- finance courses. It serves as an efficient and effective internal coordinating and monitoring mechanism that plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving institutional quality by suggesting appropriate quality enhancement measures.

The IQAC meets quarterly to plan, oversee, implement and evaluate all teaching, research, and publication activities at the college. Sub-committees responsible for various activities and departments implement the guidelines outlined by the IQAC and provide feedback.
